- To be eligible for Fee Awards in subsequent years, all candidates must meet the minimum entrance standards and maintain a CGPA of 3.0 (where applicable).
- The award will be canceled or suspended if such academic standards are not reached.
- All scholarships and merit awards awarded by APU/APIIT to any student are completely under the supervision of the Scholarships & Merit Awards Committee.
- Only course/tuition costs are eligible for financial assistance.
- Awards are not fully or partially transferable, nor are they redeemable for cash.
