Eligibility Criteria for the KAUST Scholarship Program 2025:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field for the Master’s program.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field for the PhD program.

- A strong GPA is preferred.
- A minimum TOEFL score of 79 or an IELTS score of 6.5 is required.
- Only official test scores are accepted; scores from private university-administered exams are not considered.
- TOEFL or IELTS scores are not required if the candidate has studied in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
