2024 Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program in Morocco: Fully Funded Opportunity

The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2024 in Morocco offers fully-funded leadership training, providing emerging leaders with a platform to engage in thoughtful discussions on regional and international issues. Through diverse perspectives and collaborative efforts, participants are empowered to devise impactful solutions. The program, organized by the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS), aims to inspire, connect, and empower individuals to effect positive change in their communities and the global arena.

As an initiative of the PCNS, a Moroccan think tank dedicated to addressing social and economic challenges in Morocco and Africa, the Atlantic Dialogues Conference facilitates dialogue among influential leaders from public and private sectors. This annual event serves as a forum for comprehensive leadership development, informing policy formulation and promoting dialogue-based solutions. The program includes structured discussions with decision-makers and thought leaders on key Atlantic development and cooperation issues, alongside opportunities for informal meetings through the Atlantic Young Professional Program. Through empowerment and networking, the program nurtures the personal and professional growth of emerging leaders, aiming to foster thriving communities amidst today’s complex policy and business landscape.

Duration of the ADEL Program:

  • December 8-12, 2024.

Duration of the Atlantic Dialogues Conference in Morocco:

  • December 12th to 14th.

Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2024:

  • PCNS will cover economy class airfare of the participants to and from Morocco.
  • Local transportation will be provided.
  • The participants will be provided with a catering facility during the dates of the conference.
  • The conference organizers will cover good hotel accommodation during the dates of the program and conference.
  • After the program, selected candidates can join the Atlantic Conference as participants as well.

Eligibility Criteria of the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program:

  • The participants must be between the ages of twenty-five and thirty-five.
  • Applicants must be citizens of countries located in Africa, North America, South America, Central America, Europe, or the Caribbean. Also, the citizens of countries bordering the Atlantic Basin will be given priority.
  • Applicants who are citizens from other countries who have residency in countries of the regions listed above can also apply.
  • Applicants must be proficient in English in their statement and a short video.
  • Applicants must have given assurance about their availability for the full duration of this six-day program.

How to apply for the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program?

  • The candidates have to apply through the online application.
  • The candidates have to make a one-minute YouTube video and give the link in the application.
  • The YouTube video must cover the following areas:
    • Introduce yourself
    • What drives you in the work that you do?
    • What impact are you having? (in your organization, community…)
    • How do you plan to contribute to and benefit from the ADEL program?
  • The YouTube video must only be visible to recipients of the link.
  • The video and personal statement must be in English.
  • The personal statement must not exceed 250 words.
  • Resume or CV must not be more than 2 pages and must be in PDF format.

ADEL 2024 Application Deadline:

  • The last to apply for this leadership program is Sunday, June 16, 2024 11:59 pm Moroccan time (GMT+1).
