Fully Funded Fellowship Program: Impacting West Africa

The Impact West Africa Fellowship Program 2024, conducted in partnership with the Aspen Global Innovators group in Senegal, offers a fully funded opportunity for individuals worldwide, with no age restrictions. This 12-month program employs a hybrid approach, combining virtual training and mentorship sessions with two in-person meetings in Senegal. Participants maintain their roles in their home organizations while dedicating 10-15 hours per month to online fellowship activities. They will attend in-person sessions in September 2024 and Jan/Feb 2025. Fellows engaged in this international fellowship will have access to diverse platforms, events, and projects, facilitating interactions with stakeholders, funders, and policymakers to elevate the visibility and impact of their initiatives. The program fosters an environment conducive to open dialogue, idea exchange, and mutual support among fellows, fostering a culture of learning, adaptability, and collaboration to address community challenges. Participation in this scholarship program enables fellows to deepen their understanding of global issues, emerging trends, and innovative solutions through workshops, seminars, curated content, and specialized curricula.

Equipped with these resources, fellows are empowered to drive equitable change in health and development sectors. Additionally, fellows gain access to a global network comprising approximately 300 innovators, experts, and advocates who share the Aspen Global Innovators Group’s mission. Individuals working in various fields such as Health, Economic Empowerment, Gender Equity, Sexual and Reproductive Rights, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Agriculture and Climate, Education, and related areas are encouraged to apply. The Impact West Africa Fellowship, being fully sponsored, does not require any participation fees. The host organization covers air travel expenses for both meeting trips to Senegal, providing fellows with complimentary accommodation and meals during these convenings. This fellowship program serves as a platform for networking, collaboration, and exploration of partnership opportunities to contribute to global growth and development. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply promptly to seize this valuable opportunity before the application deadline.
