- Applicants must meet all the entry requirements for a Master’s or Ph.D. degree program.
- Scholarships are available for foreign students from any country.
- Scholarships are available for new students who begin studying in Spring and Fall 2021.
- Applicants must meet the minimum requirements of English; 79 points for TOEFL IBT or 6.0 IELTS.
