- Applications are open to ASEAN citizens, and Commonwealth, and OIC members.
- Applicants must be, between 18-25 years of age for the Undergraduate and Diploma programs.
- It must not be more than 35 years in the Postgraduate Master’s Degree programs by 31 July 2024.
- The prize is NOT suitable for permanent residents of Brunei Darussalam.
